How we do it:

Perform a thorough site inspection, measurement, and analysis
Product overview: we help you choose the best product for your exterior style
Opportunity: replacing your siding can open up a great opportunity to also replace windows, doors, soffit, and fascia with newer, weather-resistant products. For example, PVC brick mold, fiber cement cornice, low- e windows, or even closed cell foam insulation in place of your non-effective, under-performing batt-fiberglass insulation!
Material mobilization, inspection of delivery, and walk through with owner by project manager
Property prep by protecting landscape, HVAC units, and roof. Tear-off begins.
Framing and wall inspection. House wrap furnished in UDL material NOT 15# FELT.
Fasten 5/4” trim in Nichi Trim Fiber Cement.
Re-flash windows, doors, chimneys, and decks with new fabricated z-flashings
Install new Nichiha Siding using ring shank nails
Pressure wash the siding, prep all joins and corners with 50 year caulk

Apply one coat of Sherwin Williams adhesive primer and one coat of Sherwin- Williams Super Paint. Standard finish is satin siding and gloss trim.
Jobsite cleanup
Site inspection with owner, final payment is made- No deposits accepted.
